THE Ulster squad took the opportunity to visit Coleraine and use the club facilities for two training sessions in mid August. Former Coleraine player Andrew Trimble was prominent during the sessions and the full squad looked impressive as they concentrated on set piece moves and general fitness training.  The squad also took the opportunity to train along the beaches of the Triangle area, as seen on TV, and judging by last weekend's result, the effort is already paying dividends.   |
