Brian Reid of Coleraine Rugby Club has been awarded the IRFU 2010 Mr Boots award for his services to Junior Rugby at the club Brian received his award at a ceremony in Dublin The Mr Boots Award is an annual award, which has been running for over 30 years. It is open to club volunteers throughout Ireland and recognises outstanding commitment to Junior Rugby. During a presentation dinner held at Dublin's Carlton Hotel on Friday 23rd April, Brian was presented with the Mr Boots Award by former Ulster and Ireland Rugby star, Willie John McBride. Brian has given over forty years' service to Junior Rugby in Coleraine, occupying various different roles at the club throughout this time. Congratulations Brian from everyone in the club. |
