COLERAINES veteran Over-35 team has reached the final of the 60th anniversary celebration Over-35 floodlight competition at Ballyclare. The team had an emphatic win over Randalstown last week and now meet Ballyclare on Wednesday night. The event will coincide with the official unveiling of the new floodlight system at the Co Antrim club, a highlight of the 60th anniversary of rugby at the club. Many Coleraine club stalwarts are taking part and hopes are high that they will bring home the trophy. The squad from Coleraine includes a lot of well known names. Alan Doherty, Roy Dixon, Paul Robinson, David Norris, Mark Nicholl, Robby Millar, Trevor Jackson, Marcus McQuilken, Paul Campbell, Richard Mairs, Johnny Kirkpatrick, Chris Holmes, Jimmy Thompson, Andy Moffatt, Robin Anderson, Craig Black, Brian Kneeland, Derek Corbett and not forgetting David Barber and George Neely.
